Fat Coffee

Fat Coffee
Fat-tastic!

Fat Coffee

My take on Bulletproof/keto/etc. coffee. It’s got a lot in it, as it’s usually my first ‘meal’ of the day. Great start to the day. More than adequate fats, a little protein, and even some fiber (most MCT powders will have prebiotic fiber).

  • 12 oz. Brewed coffee (at least 12 oz, I usually drink closer to 20)
  • 2 teaspoons Ghee Butter
  • 1/2 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons MCT Oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Mascarpone
  • 1 scoop MCT Oil Powder
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides

Pour the brewed coffee into a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend, pour, and enjoy.

Yum!

Keto Coquito

This is one of my own, adapted from a family recipe.

  • 12 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 12 oz. Coconut Cream
  • 12 oz. Coconut Evaporated Milk
  • 12 oz. Coconut Condensed Milk
  • 1 1/4 Cups Rum (non-spiced)
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Blend, bottle, and let it chill for a couple hours before serving.

Tips: I had to learn to make evaporated and condensed milk from coconut milk for this recipe. It’s pretty easy, here are the recipes I used:

Condensed: https://ketodietapp.com/Blog/post/2016/04/27/keto-and-paleo-condensed-milk

Evaporated: https://www.amazingpaleo.com/2017/02/19/paleo-evaporated-milk/
