This is one of my own, adapted from a family recipe.
- 12 oz. Coconut Milk
- 12 oz. Coconut Cream
- 12 oz. Coconut Evaporated Milk
- 12 oz. Coconut Condensed Milk
- 1 1/4 Cups Rum (non-spiced)
- Dash of Cinnamon
Blend, bottle, and let it chill for a couple hours before serving.
Tips: I had to learn to make evaporated and condensed milk from coconut milk for this recipe. It’s pretty easy, here are the recipes I used:
