Fat Shake

A caffeine-free cousin of Fat Coffee, this shake will load you up with fats to keep you focused and fueled.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Almond or Cashew Milk
  • 2 tbsp MCT Oil or Coconut Oil (Melted)
  • 3/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Ice Cubes (Leave these out if you want a hot version)

 

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until frothy
  • For hot version pour blended shake into a saucepan, medium heat for about 8 minutes
