Fat Coffee

My take on Bulletproof/keto/etc. coffee. It’s got a lot in it, as it’s usually my first ‘meal’ of the day. Great start to the day. More than adequate fats, a little protein, and even some fiber (most MCT powders will have prebiotic fiber).

  • 12 oz. Brewed coffee (at least 12 oz, I usually drink closer to 20)
  • 2 teaspoons Ghee Butter
  • 1/2 oz. Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons MCT Oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Mascarpone
  • 1 scoop MCT Oil Powder
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides

Pour the brewed coffee into a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend, pour, and enjoy.
