I got a couple Keto cookbooks for Christmas and have been trying out some interesting things I don’t usually eat. Most recently..Keto Cinnamon Rolls. Yes, it’s true. The dough is mozzarella, so it’s very low-carb and no sugar. Recipe is pretty simple, no strange, hard to find ingredients. It’s also pretty quick. Also cream cheese frosting. Everything’s better with cream cheese frosting.
